Copyright Policy And Copyright Agent
It is Xoanon Hosting's policy to respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of others. Xoanon Hosting may remove content that appears to infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that Xoanon Hosting or any user of our site has infringed your copyright in any material way, please notify Xoanon Hosting Abuse Department (abuse@Xoanon Hosting.com), and provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- An identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- An identification of the material that you claim is infringing so that we may locate it on the site.

Refunds
- VPS Servers, Dedicated Servers, Domain Name, SSL Certificates & Licenses are not refundable.
- Payment for Shared Hosting (including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal etc. Hosting) services will be refunded for unused months in case of cancellation.
- Payment for Reseller Hostings (Master, Alpha & Super Alpha included) will be refunded within 24 hours of purchase in case of cancellation.
- Services need to be canceled from the client area as stated in the section below so that our system does not charge your Credit Card automatically for the next service period.
- Accounts used for fraudulent purposes or flagged for abuse will not be refunded.
- No Refund in case of Policy Violation.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests need to be submitted via the Client Area.
Select My Services > Select the account to be canceled> Click on Request Cancellation. Cancellation requests via Support Ticket are not accepted.
Xoanon Hosting retains the right to terminate the service once cancellation request has been received anytime prior to 7 days from actual due date of service.
Late Fees
Invoices overdue for over 5 days will be charged a late fee/interest of up to 10% per month.
Pricing
Xoanon Hosting has the right to make any changes to Xoanon Hosting Price and Plans without any prior notice if they feel to make necessary changes to the pricing structure.
Migration
Xoanon Hosting provides free migration of accounts from the previous server to our server only up to 5 accounts per customer. Any further accounts are chargeable at $0.5 per account. This fee is not applicable if the customer has root access to the previous server to ease the migration process.
Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
The Xoanon Hosting Web site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by Xoanon Hosting.com. All matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Website shall be governed by the statutes and laws of India and the United States of America, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof.
Trademark Information
Xoanon Hosting and the Xoanon Hosting logo are trademarks of Xoanon Hosting. Some of these trademarks are registered in certain jurisdictions. All other brand and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective companies.
